Hi, I am trying to connect via HDMI to a Panasonic tv but the screen only displays the Sony home page for 1 second before going black and says not support! It appears to be outputting something immediately but then when the blu-ray player boots up its setting the display goes off. Any help much appreciated.
I had a quick look at the manual and found this troubleshooting step you should try:
There is no picture or the picture is not output correctly. Reset the video output resolution to the lowest resolution by pressing ■ on the player for more than 10 seconds.
