charging problem

I NEED HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE  !!!!!!

I KEPT  MY PHONE FOR  CHARGING AND AFTER FEW HOURS  THE  BATTERY % STILL REAMAINS D SAME AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN MY BATTERY ABOVE 15 % !!

i tried all those still not working. my phone led light is on that indicates its charging but no charge goes in,sometimes wen its like 10-20% they ll tell to unplug from the socket to save enrgy .

i found the solution , it was with the usb cable .. .

The latest firmware update does contain improvements to battery performance so its worth a try
