Battery Problem

Hello

I have two problem with Sony Xperia M

1. My Touch pad not working but display is visible.

2. Battery is heated while connected with charge (mobile get heat also)... i went to some mobile shop. they said IC problem some other's are said Batter due to Die.. So, give me the correct solution for it... Thank you

if that doesn't work it could be a hardware issue and you will have to contact your local Xperia Support

in sony pc companion cannot showing my mobile model. using usb cable mob and lab in that searching for mobile /tablet
