Arc: Unable to read some album art

Hello! I've been using mp3tag to attach album art to my songs, then using Mediago to get them into my phone. The album art shows up on both programs. Weirdly enough, most of the album art can be read but some cannot. Even weirder still is that SOMETIMES the phone displays the art of these albums, but when I connect my SD card to the computer and disconnect it, the art becomes blank. I've checked many topics on the forums and some suggest using smaller file sizes or perfect squares, but the phone manages to read album art that are huge or have weird sizes, so I don't think this is the problem my phone is having. I have tried everything: restarting the phone; removing the album art, disconnecting the phone, re-attaching it; deleting the song file, renaming the song file; changing some of the song file properties... but nothing works.

Any help would be much appreciated because I've been struggling with this for days and am very frustrated. Thank you!  :smileygrin:

download cover art grabber from android market and you'll be saved from all of the hassle above 😛

But how do I remove album art that is incorrectly matched?

ok..

first of all download that and just click on fetch missing cover ok..

wait fro the download to complete..

then click on album..then select the wrong image..

it'll pop up a new image..

you can click on save if its correct..

if not then click on i tag..

and a pop up will appear and just read it 🙂

also if you miss any feature of your phone or like any feature of any other phone..

just open android market and search it..

hopefully it'll be there 😉 njoy..

thanks simshaddy, helped me fixed album arts. It's really strange how come music player cannot display album arts though they are already embedded inside the mp3 file.

well sometimes the phone doesnt recognises.. and sometimes it fetch up randomly
