disappointing KDL-50W685A DO NOT BUY

I have this  (smart) tv two weeks and are very disappointed.Internet = 0.I can not access some live TV channels as it has installed flash player.I could not because it was time any 3D movie sees all formats.

DO NOT BUY  if you do not cry for 1000 euro
