Have a KDL32WD756 smart Sony tv.
Have got Netflix login probs when i use the built in app,the previous owner did not delete his netflix login info i think,as i cannot access a/c login to change details, when i open Netflix app it says either sign in or have free trial, choosing sign in then asks for last password,etc,and shows an email addy that is defunct when i tried to e-mail to it.
This model has no web browser,so cannot delete app then re-install it.
Would a factory reset sort it maybe, dont want to try it without getting advice first.
