Pre selecting programmes

Hola! Does anyone know how to select programmes in advance on a kdl26ex302 tv?

Bring up the TV guide on the screen. Select a progamme you want to watch for example later in the day. Press the middle button with the + sign. Next screen will show the synopsis press + again. Sceen will revert to TV guide with a clock symbol by the programme title. The TV will switch automatically to the programme when watching another channel or when the TV is in standby. You will also notice an amber light glowing by the green on light too.
