I've seen this question posted a number of other people but seen no answer as yet. Can anyone help:
I have a Vaio laptop VGN-FZ21E with vista home premium. At some point a number of my AVI video files have got replaced by a folder with the same name as the file name but with the suffix .files (img00123.avi.files) . inside the folder are 2 files vcm_.vmlf and vcm_.vmlt. Can anyone tell me how this has happened and what I need to do to recover my videos please
