Backing up data to a DVD

Hi there ,,, I need to back up My Documents to a dvd but I cannot figure out how to do it. The apps on the pc seem to want to copy movies or external device content. The FS-285B has a double layer DVD/RW so I am assuming I must be able to do this. Can anyone tell me how? Thanks

Do you have Drag n drop CD/DVD?

Drag the contents of My Documents to that and it'll burn it to DVD for you

sonic record now can do this for you. and as kee-lo said drag'n'drop will do it as well
