Hi all,
I have a Sony VAIO VPCS13C5E laptop using Windows 7 which I have recently formatted. However, the laptop did not recognize the built-in microphone, although in Control Panel > Sounds > Recording tap a microphone icon with jack information "ATAPI Internal Atapi Jack" is shown. I have performed various checks and tried to install the Realtek drivers provided by Sony for this laptop model but without any luck. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
