Hotkey LCD/TV Problem on PCG-GR214MP

Over the past months I have been getting various problems with HotKey. Mainly the LCD/TV function as all the other functions work! But this one doesn't! I've tried installing Hotkey again like suggested on other threads. I've used the version on my recovery CD and the version that is on the VAIO download centre of my VAIO. But still no luck. I have to almost do it manually every time I want to whatch a DVD on my TV.

I have to go into my Display properties then to Settings and Advance to get to the ATI graphics card properties then to ATI Displays and manually click on which Display i want to make primary. This is getting a bit frustrating as this shouldn't happen!

No I haven't! Should I or do you think this could be the cause?! If I have updated my graphics card it would be from the VAIO Support website.

No I haven't changed the BIOS. But what I just thought of is I used the Tweaks XP Display Adapter Tweak! It seems it might be this but the worst thing is there is no way to undo it with out a system restore point which i failed to create! I suppose i might reinstall the Display adapter this should undo any changes it has done. Right?

OK i fixed it :smileygrin: It was the display adapter! A simple reinstallation fixed it!
