How do I back up my new Vaio?

I have recently purchased a Vaio and the manual states that you cannot back it up on to discs, could someone please advise me what I need to back it up on?

Hi there

Can you tell us what model Vaio you have and what Operating System you are running on it?

Try going to the Vaio Recovery Centre in your programs and follow the instructions to create recovery discs.
