How do I restore deleted files etc?

I had to do a System Recovery & have now lost ALL files in Documents, Pictures, Downloads, sites in Favourites, Apps that I added & Emails ( As I use Incredimail )!!! Can anyone help me get these things back, please?

Can you explain exactly what you have done to recover your system please?  Why did you have to carry out a recovery?  Did you back up your data?

If you have carried out a system recovery back to factory settings then everything added to your Vaio since you bought it will have been lost as the hard drive is formatted during this process.
