I just buy, today, a USB Flash Drive SONY USM16GM Micro Vault. I create an account and I register the product. From the section ‘Software and download’ I download the application x-Pict Story, but I cannot download the second application, named ‘Software Memory Card File Rescue’. I receive this error message: ‘This session is invalidated. Please restart your operation from the beginning.’ I re-enter on my account several times, but the message was the same.
How can I download the application, please help me on this issue? Could you tell me what serie is my product (USM-Q, USM-LX(A), USM-L, USM-N, USM-M, USM-P, USM-R, other...), it is not writed very explicite?
