Hi,
I've had major problems with my ultrabook lately.
First of all, when I'm starting the computer, only the "VAIO" with black backround is showing. Sometimes it take forever for the computer to go to the login menu and sometimes I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to come to the menu and sometimes I even have to restart the computer and start all over again. Really wierd...
Also VAIO care has stopped working. When I open it, I recieve the message "VAIO Shell has stopped working". I found some solution to that problem in this forum but it was for Windows 7. My computer has Windows 8.
One more thing is that the computer is working much "slower" nowdays.
I'm superglad if someone can help me. FYI; I have a Sony VAIO, SVT1312M1ES, Windows 8 and the computer is one year old (on this specific day).
