VAIO is a total disappointment (Two defective screens in the row).
I contacted VAIO UK to replace the monitor of my VAIO SVS15135CH ( which I purchased from Thailand). I can say that the service is very fast and satisfying. I already get my screen replaced once. However, this happened to me again. The last time is just a dim spot on the screen. Now, it has giant stains of both left and right edges of the screen.

The stains are underneath the surface of the screen, and I could not do anything about that. It is clearly, once again, a defective hardware from VAIO.
Combining with another problem that VAIO Update never worked at all, I regret about buying VAIO because their quality is [Edited to remove profanity]. Since my warranty is about to expire, how can I know whether will the screen be alright?
No wonder SONY divest VAIO because its production deserves to be ceased.
