Hello to everybody in this forum. I would like to share my problem with you. I am owner of SVE1513K1ESI with Windows 8.1 fully updated. I have set the power button to make the computer sleep when its pressed and in addition to this, the RapidWake is enabled. Wake timers are disabled and selective USB is on only for battery.
When I press the button (or the button from inside Windows) sometimes the computer doesn't go to sleep mode instead only the screen turns black. If I remove the USB mouse then it goes to sleep. This happens in both Windows 8 and 8.1. Can somebody explain to me why this is happening?
