Why no online support?

I think its quite clear Sony need 24/7 online support, Emailing nobodies is not acceptable. What you think? oh and i'm talking about the UK, you know, that small island west of europe,that UK.

Like it or not, Vaio Support is only available during office hours, Monday to Friday.

We ARE talking about Sony here, the electronics super giant that has equipment in all our homes, the multi-billion dollar multi national Corporate giant that is Sony, only open during office hours. i'm afarid that is just pathetic. Your right!. I don't like it!
