Hey yall, I am at my wits end here. I have a pair of the WH-CH720N wireless bluetooth headphones and up untill a few months ago, could recieve phonecalls in them no problem. Now however I can never recieve the call audio in the headphones themselves nor even hear the phone ringing.
The person on the other line can always hear me perfectly fine. I always try setting the volume settings to full on the headphones and phone itself, my bluetooth settings allow calls on the headphones, the device type is "headphones" I have factory reset the headphones themselves and reset the settings on my phone numerous times to no avail. All other media plays just fine but call audio does not. Any ideas for troubleshooting? I really like these headphones but this is becoming a dealbreaker for me.
Context: the headphone software is up to date (1.0.9) and my phone is a Galaxy S21 FE with the most recent android version.
