It doesn't work propperly and the touch screen it's still working but it doesn't show any image, what happens? I've alredy forced the reset and there isn't any result..

Hi @Jmdc117,

I'm sorry to hear that. If you already tried to force restart your device I would recommend that you try and do a software repair using Xperia Companion. If the same behavior still persists that would suggest that this is related to your devices hardware rather then software.

In that case, I'd recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair. They can also assist you with any question you may have regarding service procedures in your country.

i ramdomly locked it and then when i tried to switch it back on the sounds, vibration and touch fuctionality still worked but the screen went blank. i have tried forced rebooting (up volume key & power) several times and this has had no effect. . When charging red charging light shows.

I've been down that road already. Just factory reset the phone to start over with 7.0. The Sony Companion will take you back down to 6.0 if you use it. I only have the blank screens when coming out of Ultra Stamina mode in 7.0. Called SONY and the rep was aware of this.

@Skyadav, Have you tried to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion? If not I would recommend that you try it.

@LjNj_RC51if you do a software repair using Xperia Companion you will install the latest available Android version on your device. It is not possible to go back to an older Android version using Xperia Companion.
