Hello, I have an XA2 device for 2 weeks, the phone is ok, but the fingerprint scanner works incorrectly, most of the times I have to try 3-4 times to unlock the device, the fingerprint scanner just does not recognize it. I tried to add a new fingerprint at least 5 times, useless... What's happening Sony??, you are not able to add an external feature to a 2018 phone, do you have problems or you need software testers or engineers? If this is a software issue please fix it!
