I purchased my set on 31 May 2017.
I'm from a small city where no shop is of Sony mobile.
On August 9 i submitted my phone due to touch problem from side of the screen.
I don't got any backup set from service center.
I contacted customer service center.
The employee name himanshu Verma
Told me that . I get a new wrnty on a set. That statement given by them many times. Same was told by service center at dehradun. I get replaced my set in 16 days.
In April 2018 same touch problem occur.
As my city is 100 km from near service centre
I didn't go for the repair as i know the wrnty is till August told by himanshu Verma. I went on 12 June to service center. They told me that wrnty is from purchase date
Nd like this Sony mobile employees cheats me.
Please help me... Nd Sony company check my details of call on service center in August. For their statement.
I have doa of my phone as service center refused to give me the bill nd wrnty card by saying that this is is both bill nd wrnty card.
