Vibration and silent profiles

How can I quickly change the sound profile to vibration or silent

Yes, but there's no silent profile (no sound and no vibration 🔇)

After you do what @uliwooly said, press volume down once. That should be Do Not Disturb (a white circle with a horizontal line should appear on top left of screen).
