Hi Karlos281,
Welcome to the community.
I'll look into this for you and see if I can find out. Someone else in the community may be able to advise in the meantime.
Thanks,

Hi Karlos281
Perhaps if you let us know the model number, a member of the community may be able to help.

Have you found a solution. I also have this problem. with Sony Bravia model KD43XG8305 installed in October 2020. Im a pensioner who is not techy. I've tried a factory reset and all other 'solutions' I found on the internet without success.
I also bought a Sony Bravia model 32WD756BU at the same time. This has some pre-loaded Apps that do not include the ITV HUB. I couldnt find anyway to download this App?
DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION? Im using the will to live.
According to this answer:
To access the HDMI port on your TV, you may have to remove the rear panel of your TV. It varies from model to model, but generally, you should be able to access it by removing a few screws and unplugging some cables. I'm sure you've already tried it, but I'll tell you what I do. Firstly, check to see if your TV has a reset button on the back or side of it. If so, try pushing it. The HDMI port on your TV is used to connect your TV to other devices, most commonly a cable box. The HDMI port is also used for high definition video and audio.

Try re running "Initial setup" and as part of that accept all sony and youview terms and conditions. That is usually the best cure for the issue where ads play but they don't pkay the Tv programs
RE the non android set am not sure that has those catch up apps? If you need them on that set a cheap box like a roku or now tv stick has them
