BBCi player missing

My bbci player app had disappeared and the Sony storey says that there isn't one compatible with my Bravia 4K UR3 model. Can anyone shed any light what's happening?

Hi @Storeym   The starting point for any enquiry is the full model number of your TV.

Go into Live & Catchup TV. It should be in there, or at least accessible from in there.
