Internet browser stops working and the message "internal erorr" appears . Any help appreciated

This issue is often resolved by one of the following things:

1. Ensure that you have the latest firmware installed
2. Perform a factory reset of the TV 

Try that and see if it works.

Thanks for the reply , tried firmware upgrade and reset, no joy, suspect a contractural problem
