Bravia sync and V6 box
Why does Bravia sync not detect the V6 CEC? Am I missing something?

Hi there,
Welcome to the Sony Community.
So I can try to help, can you let me know the full model number of your TV?
Best wishes,
Sean Mc

Hi there,
There are a couple of steps that you can try:
1-Disable Bravia Sync on the TV (Settings - External inputs - BRAVIA Sync settings - BRAVIA Sync control - Off)
2-Disable CEC on the V6 box
3-Unplug the TV and the V6 box from the mains for a couple of minutes then plug them back in again.
4-Enable CEC on the Virgin box followed by Bravia Sync on the TV.
5-Go to BRAVIA Sync settings - BRAVIA Sync device list and check for the V6 box again.
Let us know how it goes!
Cheers,
