Cannot connect to pc

Please anyone could help me

My Sony Z5 cannot connect to pc. It is blocked. And I don't know how to unlock it. 

Note: I am the second owner of this phone. So, the person who had the phone may locked it!

You have posted under Android TV, but your problem is with a Z5.

I suggest you re-post under Xperia Z5, where you might find more people versed in the ways of such devices.

Are you connecting your device to the Xperia companion while the screen is locked ?
