kd-55x8509c wall mount

My question is - must you use the wall mount bracket that comes with the kd-55x8509c tv or are these type of sony televisions compatible with other swivel type brackets on the market ??

Your TV is VESA compatible.  According to thr following page, its 300mm x 300mm
