Software update

I have Sony Bravia KD 55 AG8 2019.OLEDHDR 4K Ultra smart.

There has been a software update to stop the rebooting issue from the last software update but does it work.

Since  the new update I have had a reboot on start up on one occasion but its early days. I wonder if anyone is having same problem.

hi I have the same on a Sony KD 49XD8099

pre firmware upgrade never an issue now

1) reboots when turning on

2) reboots random

3) screensaver kicks in at 2 hours even though turned off

have raised formal ticket with Sony lots of questions back no result yet.  Happens daily awful.

I suspect Sony are covering up a problem with their new TVs.  I was told on helpline that they are aware of the problem which new software update would sort out.
