no internet access

i cant access any web sites from my experia e3, with wifi or without, i can put the web address in and it looks like it is going to the site then all i get is a black screen this has been 4 days now,

Do you have an antivirus or taskiller? also try this

settings > apps > all > chrome > clear data > check again

does this happen with one or multiple wifi/routers?
