Hi Alexdon,

Thank you for replying, I am glad that I can, if I purchase a code unlock my phone, my trouble is that the £40 seems steep as I can get a brand new phone fpr £65-00. the real problem is that I cannot get a signal in the lounge, yet my good lady next to me can get an excellent signal,

I would dearly like to keep my Experia E but is as good as useless at the mo. I was looking to see if I got another network sim the same as my Lady's, just to see if its the network or the phone , just seems a rip off to me to have to pay that amount to find out if the network or phone is at fault,

Sorry I am old skool I don't like chucking stuff just because it don't work, I try to get it to work rather than buy the same again,

looking on the bightside  summers coming I can always sit in the garden and see if the signal inproves,

Thanks for your help.

The phone is locked and no other tries to insert the unlock code left.
