Which App is the equivalent of Nokia Notes

I have just switched from an old Nokia C3 to the Sony Xperia E1.

I had a number of Notes on the Nokia, which I have sent as text messages to the Sony.

I am wondering which Sony App is the most appropriate for handling Notes.

There is an app called Notes on the Sony devices.But many people like to use google keep.

I have searched all the apps on my E1, both on the Application Screen and via Settings>Apps>All and cannot find an App called Notes

Strange,it should be there,maybe as a small app.In this case,try google keep.

I have not found any built in note pad app in my Sony E1 phone.

There is a very good note app available in Playstore. Just search for "ColorNote Notepad". It is one of the most downloaded app in the playstore. You can easily find it with the keyword itself.

Yeah it has a flaw though. It doesn't allow you to undo if you delete something. So keep that in mind. Other than that, yeah google keeps is awesome. It's the app I use.

I am very much a novice with the Android phone, always had Nokia basic phones up to now.

I have installed Color Note and will start exploring it.

Ideally I would like to be able to import my notes, either from the Nokia or from the text messages I have in my Inbox.

By learning how to cut and paste between different Apps, I have managed to copy all my old notes from Text Messages to the Color Note App.

I was then able to give them more meaningful titles.

IN fact it will nice if SOny has an inbuilt Notes app.. it makes a person more confident to do something on OEM rather than a third part app.
