PlayStation live chat cut me off when I contacted them about my daughter’s account. She is 14yrs. I want to set up parental controls.
She doesn’t know when her account was set up. We have only owned a play for 1 week so she must have done this at a friend’s house and given a fake dob as it doesn’t match when we try and recover the account. When I did the live chat, PlayStation wanted the serial number of the console she used to set up her account but we don’t know have this information.
How can I contact PlayStation about this?
