Sony 5 Year Guarantee & VAT Back

Hi. I was wondering if anybody could help me concerning the VAT Back and  5 Year Guarantee offer. I purchased a Sony Bravia KDL40LX903U, and have been filling in the 5 year guarantee and VAT back forms. The problem is that both need the guarantee form to be sent. But as they are different departments in different parts of the country I don't know what I should do? Could anybody advice or enlighten me as to what I need to do? I've tried and tried to get through to the said departments, but to no avail.

Just take copies of the guarantee form and send those.
