Firmware update

Follow the instruction to make a firmware update but instead to get forward past DISC-DWLD

It says POWER OFF and then get to sleep and nothing further happens.

Tried to burn the disk in every way I know and I´ve also tried with different burner proggs but the result remains the same...

Anyone?

so glad i dont have to do this anymore!, you must follow the instructions to a T on the Sony downloads page, once downloaded check that the file size is exactly the same as the one on the site, and when burning the disc make sure you finalise it then it should work fine, i admit i remember having given this a few goes till i got it right.
