Sony HT CT380 Soundbar 4K HDR passthrough
Hi all I have a HT CT380 soundbar and have recently upgraded to a Sony 4K HDR TV. I'm thinking of connecting my PS4 Pro to the soundbar but I have read that the HT CT380 doesn't support HDCP 2.2. Does the PS4 Pro need to be connected to a HDCP 2.2 HDMI port to display in 4K HDR?
If it connect the Pro to the HT CT380 will I lose the 4K HDR?
Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
True – unfortunately HT-CT380 doesn’t support HDCP 2.2 and therefore he will lose the 4K capability. I would recommend to connect the PS4Pro directly to the TV and use ARC to play back the sound from PS4.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes,
M
