Thanks to Quinnicus I have managed to get rid of the Update, ie Press and hold down the On/Off button untill the unit turns off then quickly press the button again.
This has allowed me to get Title List back but unfortunatly not the EPG, but Im sure thats just a matter of time.
The issue seems to have been resolved now, however you may need to do a full re-tune.
