mp3 does not recognize

some mp3 uploaded to the phone sounds find, but others are not recognized.... or make unsoportable noise... what can be do? I think that this phone don't support mp3 layer 3 and also I need to encode with mp3 layer 1 but I can't find any software to do that. Any other with the same problem?
