how can i connect my elm to my pc internet?

Hi,

How do i connect my elm to my pc internet? I have SE pc suit which is connecting to internet via phone and not vice versa.

I dont have wifi at home, I want to connect my elm to my home internet via my pc.

please advice how to connect.
