keypad problems

I have a problem with the text buttons on phone they are out of sequence or do not work at all

Try this: Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Xperia keyboard (assuming this is the one you are using) > Clear Data.

settings button not working,same with keyboard only some buttons responding

My keypad decides to ignore what I type sometimes. It registers that I'm typing but the words don't appear in the text box. Helpful. 

Anyone else have this problem?

If this happens in all apps, try clearing data for the keyboard as explained by Sam. If it's in a certain app then it might be a problem with that app and not the keyboard.

If it happens in all apps and clearing data for the keyboard doesn't help i recommend that you try updating the phone using PC Companion. You can also try using another keyboard (SwiftKey or similar) to see if it's a problem with the phones keyboard or some other problem with the phone.

MY keypad is slow and letter q, 1, @, space bar not responds and my left side no Responses. What Should I do ?

Thanks Sam I've my keypad numbers back again, well they've disappeared but at least can use them, it's definitely that part of phone as letters don't work there either

I. Tried to type what's wrong with my phone but it deleted it so I'm just gonna keep it short, it presses buttons and holds them, I've tried repair via companion app and clear keyboard data but still not working, I'm going to order a Samsung I think
