Awaiting email from sony

I spoke at length to a son y representative yesterday, who promised to send me details about directions to download the Amazon prime app to my TV. I am still awaiting. Could someone from sony please send me the necessary instructions.

Sorry, this is a user community (not Sony). However if you could provide us with the full model number of your TV (it starts with KD) I am sure a fellow customer will be able to help you.
