I am unable to find any information in regards to intermittent beeps from this TV (or others actually). The normal way to display hardware errors are flashes (or blinks) from the LED power light. I think the best way to proceed here is a little bit of fault finding.
Can you unplug everything connected to the TV (as in sky boxes, blurays players, dvds, etc etc). Only have connected the TV's power cord and aerial lead. The test this. Does the beep continue or stop?
If it continues, is it on other TV channels as well. If it stops - add one device that is connected to the TV at a time, and test before adding another. This may help determine whether it is the TV itself or a connected device.
