Can't access Internet Browser on Bravia TV

I have a new Bravia. When i try to access the Web through the Applications Menu, Internet Browser it takes me to a "choose Country" page and after selecting UK, to the Sony UK Website.. I can't get further than this. Is there a way to access a web browser.

I've just got a new TV. Have no idea what I'm doing. Is it possible to search the internet on the TV like I do on my phone?

Cannot get to the options as the browser  does not come up.  Ony the spinning Circle in the top right corner.

Bravia internet works and other internet apps, just the Brownwr. The tv have the latest upday. The browser stopped working  when I did the "Refesh All Apps" option
