KDL-20S2030 TV and Windows 7 netbook

Can I connect my Windows 7 netbook with 12 inch screen to my 20 inch Sony Bravia TV using hdmi? Both use 1366 x 768 pixels.

If so, does the TV hdmi recognize sound as well as image?

And how to I connect the two once an hdmi cable is in place? There are no instructions in the manual.

Hi there

I cannot see any reason why it wouldnt work.

When connecting it to your TV, remember to output the display from the netbook.  On my laptop, I press FN+F4 (you might have a different key).  In regards to audio, yes this does get outputted to.  However sometimes you have to go to the audio settings, and specifically tell windows to output sound via HDMI.  Remember to select the correct HDMI channel on your TV as well.
