Hi All,
To make a second TV 'Smart', I have recently added a Sky NOW TV box wirelessly to the same LAN that my KDL-40HX803 is wired to, and it has disabled the internet function of the latter (I can still get to the apps, but selecting any of them just causes the KDL-40HX803 to hang).
I can restore the KDL-40HX803's internet function by disconnecting the NOW TV box, re-booting my router and power-cycling the KDL-40HX803, so am thinking that there is likely some kind of network conflict that prevents the two from working together. Does anyone have any ideas how to solve?
Hi there
Are all your devices connected to your network via DHCP or a fixed IP address. It "could" be an IP Address conflict.
Try running the program "Advanced IP Scanner" to see what IP addresses are on your network (its free by the way) and modify accordingly.

If that doesnt resolve the issue, it come down to problem solving. As in, what happens when the Now TV box is connected to another TV, try different cables (network/HDMI)
Cheers
