Hi,

I apologize in advance for my bad English. I have a problem with my TV, my TV does not want to play any MKV files, we can solve it somehow? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hi there

First thing to do it to run the problem file/s using a program called Media Info : HERE

Compare the codecs used in the summary report, to the supported codecs list : HERE

If they do not match up, you will need to re-encode the file/s using a supported codec.  A suggested program is Handbrake : HERE
