I have a Bravia kdl32w705b 32" Internet enabled TV.
Until recently, YouTube has worked reliably and responsively, the TV was my favourite way of watching YouTube content. A couple of months ago there was an update to the YouTube app and it has become largely unusable. When I select my subscribed content and start scrolling down through the videos, the redrawing starts to slow and then begins to layout thumbnails incorrectly, constantly re-drawing them. Whilst re-drawing, the app doesn't respond to controls, even though the TV's flashing light indicates it's receiving them. Browsing though YouTube settings shows corrupted text. Often the sound for videos will continue playing after stopping the videos.
I've tried some of the common YouTube "fixes", power-cycling the TV doesn't improve the situation, neither does cleaning cookies from the web-browser or selecting "Reload Internet Content" from the TV system-settings.
Hi Rich,
Welcome to the community.
I'm just going to try to find some answers for you. In the meantime, maybe someone else in the community might have some ideas.
Thanks,
Pascale
Hi RICH_C,
Have you tried refreshing the internet content? The steps're mentioned here: https://helpguide.sony.net/gbmig/C5311001/v1/eng/cntnet_wireless.html
Cheers,

Yes, I mentioned that I did that in my original post.
