BLUE SCREEN FATAL SYSTEM ERROR c000021a, any help please?

i have a sony vaio VGN-FW21L. it crashes from time to time and when i power it, a blue screen appears with the folowing: FATAL SYSTEM ERROR  c000021a

can anybody help please? what shall i do?

Unfortunately, there are quite a few things to try!

Are there any other messages on the blue screen that may help narrow the field?  What are you running when it crashes?  Does the Vaio get hot before crashing?

Hi Viorel. Sometimes its a memory issue. Try to unplug and replug your RAM stick. Hope it helps.
