I have upgraded from win vista to Win 7

Now the display is reduced to 75%

How do I get the display across full monitor size

What model Vaio do you have?

I presume you have made a clean install of Windows 7?  Which Graphics Driver have you installed?

Yes I have made a clean install

Graphics Driver is NIVIDIA GeForce Go 7400 GPU
